About us
SAM is a family business in the field of dental technology with a 50-year company tradition that convinces worldwide with the quality of its products. The innovations of SAM® go back to Heinz Mack, dentist in Munich. At the time of the founding of the company there was a great interest in courses on occlusion.
What was needed was an articulator with a stable centric and adjustable lateral and protrusive guides for the anatomically correct mounting of the models. Thus was born the instrument with the project name SAM (School Articulator Munich).
Well known now are the AXIOGRAPH® and the AXIOQUICK® recorder. The continuity of the company is ensured for the second generation. Florian Mack took over the management in 2012 and opened a new chapter in the company’s history towards the future.
All SAM products are exclusively developed and manufactured in Germany. Their instruments for the dentists and technicians, can help provide the patient with the best of care in their daily work.

The world's first plaster-free articulation method to use digitally acquired jaw scans in an analog way. A combination of software and hardware elements calculates the most material and time-saving pressure and fills the gaps between articulator and model with mounting plates and spacer blocks.
