The BIOSTAR® 4-Aligner, a multiple thermoforming unit and a further development of the proven SCHEU-DENTAL pressure moulding units, will be launched in 2024. The unit is equipped with 4 separate pressure chambers in which 4 aligners can be thermoformed simultaneously at a working pressure of 4bar (meaning maximum 120 aligners per hour). Matching SCHEU-DENTAL material is available in round foils with a diameter of 120-125 mm and square/strip material in a format of up to 499x114 mm.
